The CLIFF TOP HOUSE is in the rugged, rocky landscape facing the Mediterranean Sea in the municipal area of Toix Mascarat, Calpe. This is the GANDIABLASCO residential project in Alicante. The white architecture of the house, designed by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, fits perfectly into the steep terrain and respects the natural forms of the landscape. Its monolithic structure grows out of the rock and creates a horizontal platform with views over the Mediterranean Sea in dialogue with the plain, architectural look of the FLAT outdoor furniture collection designed by Mario Ruiz for GANDIABLASCO. The interior spaces of the house open up to the outside through spacious glass walled terraces. The outdoor swimming pool area is on a lower level, taking you down to the sea near a peaceful cove. The FLAT designer sofas and outdoor armchairs enhance it perfectly. “We like the quality that architecture has of enabling us to build a house in the air, walk on water. A rocky site facing the sea, where the best thing to do is stand and gaze.” Fran Silvestre Arquitectos
