During the spring of 2019, the Hotel Mandarin Oriental Barcelona hosted an unforgettable event in the Ruinart champagne cellar and the award-winning Moments restaurant, featuring the famous cuisine of the chef Carme Ruscalleda and her son Raül Balam. The Petit R Experience pop-up is one of the Gandia Blasco Group's cobranding projects in Barcelona. This multi-sensory experience, the Petit R Experience, took place over a period of two months under a glass GANDIABLASCO PÉRGOLA. This original design by José A. Gandía-Blasco is one of the most iconic pieces in our catalogue of outdoor furniture collections and outdoor spaces for gardens, terraces, restaurants and hotels. This structure in aluminium, thermo-lacquered in white, was used to host the exclusive lunches and dinners for 12 attendees, in which Ruinart and Mandarin Oriental ensured the enjoyment of all our 5 senses. Throughout day and night, the PERGOLA became a magical, warm and fully equipped space where wonderful gastronomy, visuals and sound were met with an elegant yet simple Mediterranean-inspired architectural design. Completely covered, the outdoor PERGOLA can be converted into an isolated and intimate space as well as an outdoor oasis in close connection with the fabulous environment that surrounds it, the Jardin Mimosa. Easy to install, our GANDIABLASCO designer PERGOLAS are a perfect choice for this type of open-air event, one that requires an exceptional ambience that complements the experience.
